What A+ Coffee Roasters say
A rich dark cup with lemon and raspberry acidity throughout. A rounded, full mouthfeel with notes of nectarine, honey, peach and caramel in the finish.
Roba Boda is a highland kebele in the Uraga district of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, located at elevations of 1,800–2,200 metres above sea level. The cool climate, fertile soils, and slow cherry maturation create ideal conditions for producing exceptional coffee. Kurume and Dega heirloom cultivars thrive here, delivering cups that are sweet, floral, and complex, with excellent clarity and vibrancy.
