About Jibbi
Before becoming a coffee roaster, Jibbi Little spent years competing, brewing, tasting, and refining every aspect of coffee—from espresso extraction and milk texturing to sensory evaluation and filter brewing.
Competing across multiple coffee disciplines wasn't simply about winning titles. It was about understanding what exceptional coffee should taste like, feel like, and deliver in the cup.
That journey shaped the philosophy behind every roast: understand the coffee first, then decide how it should be roasted.
Today, every coffee reflects that same pursuit of clarity, balance, sweetness, and precision.
World AeroPress Champion · Coffee Roaster · Trainer · Coffee Judge
JIBBI Coffee was born from a simple belief: great roasting begins long before the beans enter the roaster.
Every coffee is carefully selected for its potential, then profiled, cupped, and roasted to express the unique character of its origin. Rather than chasing darker roasts or louder flavours, the goal is to reveal what makes each coffee truly exceptional.
Our roasting philosophy is built around balance, clarity, sweetness, and texture—creating coffees that are expressive, approachable, and memorable.
Behind every roast is an ongoing relationship with producers, importers, and green coffee partners who share the same commitment to quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
Every roast is an expression of the people behind the coffee—from the farm to your cup.
JIBBIJUG was never created to follow trends. It was designed to solve real problems experienced behind the espresso bar.
Years of competing in latte art, serving thousands of coffees, and teaching baristas revealed that even the smallest design details can transform the way milk pours, flows, and feels in the hand.
