What Leftfield Coffee Roasters say
This is the first coffee from Laos we've ever released — and it's been worth tracking down. Tad Fane comes from the Bolaven Plateau, an elevated agricultural region that's producing some seriously exciting specialty coffee. Laos isn't an origin you hear much about, but this one's changed how we think about it. Black you'll get a soft mandarin-like acidity and a really buttery caramel texture. Add some milk and it shifts into something that tastes like macadamia shortbread. Either way it's incredibly moreish and smooth.
