The Stranger Blend

Stranger Blend is our ever-evolving espresso blend, built around special coffees, unexpected flavour pairings and a clear roasting intention.

This latest version brings together Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelbesa Natural and Ethiopia Guji Raro G1 Washed. It moves in a floral, fruit-forward direction, with the Ethiopian natural bringing lifted aromatics, ripe apricot sweetness and a delicate black-tea-like structure, while the Ethiopia washed lot adds bright citrus acidity, balance and a clean finish.

As espresso, it opens with floral aromatics, soft stone fruit, citrus lift and a refined black tea finish. It’s a light roast, yet still tastes fully developed — how strange. And don’t underestimate it in milk: it cuts through beautifully. We love it both ways. :)
