Light roast coffee from Australian roasters

695 beans from 248 Australian roasters. The beans come mainly from Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya and Brazil. The roasters describe these beans most often as stone fruit, caramel & sweet, berry and citrus.

A light roast is stopped soon after the beans first crack. It keeps most of what the origin tastes like, so fruit and floral notes come through and the acidity is brighter. These suit filter brewing, where there is time and water enough to draw them out.
