A wonderful example of a sugacane process decaf. A balanced cup with chocolate and nutty notes with a smooth finish. You wouldn’t even know it was decaf.
The sugar cane decaf process uses natural, plant-based solvents derived from sugar cane to gently remove caffeine from green coffee beans while preserving their flavour.
