What Coffee Supreme say
A gentle giant of a filter coffee. Big Joe is syrupy smooth with notes of stone fruit, a hint of citrus, and a milk chocolate finish.
Friendly by nature and clean in character, Big Joe shines across any filter brewing method. It’s a coffee made for long mornings, easy afternoons, and everything in between. Put the kettle on.
We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water.
This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste.
