Seasonally rotated, focusing on specialty coffees that have proven to shine, even after the somewhat invasive process of decaffeination.
One More Thing: A couple of key things are indeed AWOL with this blend. It's 99.9% caffeine free. And the decaf process is chemical-free. The legends at Swiss Water manage to make this happen while retaining exceptional taste. To keep AWOL consistently at peak, we regularly ship small batches of fresh green coffee and keep our roasted stash super fresh too.
