  1. Place paper filter in cap and pre-wet with boiling water to remove paper flavour
  2. Add 15 g of coffee into the chamber, attach pre-wet filter cap and screw on tight
  3. Flip the Delter over and add 250 ml of boiling water into the reservoir
  4. Lift the Delter, place the provided cap underneath, and pull up the plunger to seat it
  5. 0:00Pour to 250gPress slowly and steadily over 15–30 seconds; one continuous push recommended for a balanced cup
  6. If water remains in reservoir after full compression, pull plunger up and gently press the remainder through
