Step by step

  1. Pour to 50gDraw 50 ml of water into the lower chamber, then plunge slowly to inject through the coffee bed as a bloom pre-infusion.
  2. WaitLet the bloom sit for up to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour to 100gadd 50gDraw water up to the 100 ml line, then plunge slowly and gently to inject through the bed.
  4. Pour to 200gadd 100gDraw remaining water and plunge gently all the way through to complete the brew.
