What Artisti Coffee Roasters say
Around 50 small holders contribute high grade coffee cherries to the Harsu Sala washing station high up in the mountains of the Guji region of Ethiopia. Washed and dried on raised African beds, this coffee displays delicate floral aromas and sweet notes of nashi pear and orange
Famous in the coffee world for high grade delicate, sweet and expressive coffees, Guji is a high altitude region with distinct characteristics- red clay soil, heirloom varieties of coffee trees, and coffees that taste of black tea and florals like jasmine and rose. This coffee is provided by 50 smallholders who pick at just the right time and deliver their output to the Harsu Sala washing station where it is washed and then dried to the desired 11% moisture. We love this coffee for its flavours of nashi pear and orange.
