What Bun Coffee say

Citrus, nougat, blackcurrant, honey and milk chocolate with a touch of caramel sweetness.

Finca la Amistad is a third-generation, family-owned estate operated by the Montero Zeledón family. Nestled in the highlands of Costa Rica’s South Pacific region, the farm borders Parque Internacional La Amistad—Central America’s largest nature reserve.

In the 1980s, the estate embraced a transformative approach to agriculture, shifting its focus toward ecological restoration and sustainability by cultivating organic coffee. Through decades of dedication and a steadfast commitment to organic practices, Finca la Amistad has earned a reputation for exceptional coffee, transparency, and a portfolio of respected certifications.

Today, 90% of the estate is preserved as protected rainforest—a thriving ecosystem that serves as a sanctuary for diverse flora and fauna, including over 400 species of local and migratory birds. This biological corridor has been recognised by the United Nations and UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and forms part of the World Biosphere Reserve.
