From Aricha in Yirgacheffe comes a natural process lot that carries both exceptional flavour and a powerful story of independence. Grown by Kefiyalech Miju, a producer who built her own registered land and processing operations alongside her husband Birhanu, this Grade 1 Dega and Welisho variety is meticulous farming at its finest. Hand sorted and dried under the African sun for three weeks on raised bamboo beds, the coffee presents a vibrant balance of bright fruit and elegant structure. Expect an aromatic, tea-like profile anchored by deep dark chocolate, pops of freeze-dried raspberry, sweet mandarin citrus, and a subtle, refined finish reminiscent of Koucha tea.
