A peaberry occurs when only a single seed forms inside the coffee cherry. Without a sibling to share the plants resources with, it develops a more intense flavour. Our peaberry is full of chocolate, malt and nutty notes. For those who like full bodied, intense flat whites and milk based coffees. For use with espresso machines, plungers, aeropress and stove top.
