What DC Specialty Coffee Roasters say

From West Java in Indonesia, this naturally processed coffee undergoes carbonic maceration - a technique borrowed from winemaking where whole coffee cherries are fermented in a CO₂ rich, oxygen-free environment. This anaerobic fermentation enhances fruit-forward characteristics and complexity. After fermentation, the coffee is carefully dried and milled, ready for export.

The result is a sweet, fruit-driven cup layered with tropical notes and a rich, syrupy body.
