What Edition Roasters say

This Gotiti Moki from the Yirgacheffe region is more expressive in its tart fruits and opulent sweetness. The classic Yirgacheffe florals like jasmine is indeed present but more than that, vibrant tongue-tingling tartness of cranberry, deep sweetness of jammy pomegranate and buttery milk chocolate take the limelight with this coffee.

At more than 2000MASL, the cherries have a long time to mature and develop all of their nuanced acidity and matured complexity. Small farm-holders in the area tend to their 'backyard' trees and bring their harvested cherries to Chelbesa processing station. They are floated, sorted and dried in shade for the hottest hours of the day for 20-30 days.
