What Five Senses Coffee say

Rum & raisin, cherry, choc orange & sticky date pudding.

---

This beautiful lot is driving quality and value into Timor-Leste coffee and having won third place at Festival Kafe, it's not a surprise to see why. Coffee is now Timor-Leste’s most important crop as oil supplies and the income that brings, both dwindle. Timor-Leste is witnessing the transformation of its economy and coffee is the literal fruit of the hard work from small village farmers. The Atsabe lots are harvested from across the subregion of the Ermera municipality, where small-holder farmers live and work across many succos (very small villages). After collection, this lot has been naturally processed and meticulously hand sorted at the local Malabe and Raimutin stations. The result of these efforts are showcased in the delicious flavours of rum and raisin, cherry, choc orange & sticky date pudding.--- Suggested Recipe ~~~ In: 22g Out: 44g Time: 31sec Temp: 94°C ===
