What Five Senses Coffee say

Peaches and cream, lime coola & dark choc.

---

From the highlands of Guji, in the Uraga district of Oromia, Chebega is a beautifully expressive Ethiopian lot grown between 1900–2300 masl. Founded 14 years ago by Bisrat Melaku, this community-led project draws on the region’s cool climate, generous rainfall and rich mountain soils to produce coffees of remarkable clarity. Hand-picked cherries from local smallholders are delivered to the Harsu Sala Washing Station, where careful density sorting, extended fermentation and slow drying on African raised beds preserve freshness and complexity. In the cup, expect a plush, layered profile of peaches and cream, zesty lime coola brightness and a grounding finish of dark chocolate.
