What Five Senses Coffee say
Dried apricot, milk chocolate & malt.
---
From the lush mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua’s premier coffee-growing region, Santa Emilia brings together a diverse collection of small farms. The area’s high elevations, rich volcanic soils, and tropical climate create the perfect conditions for exceptional coffee. Shade-grown cultivation is the norm here, protecting plants, enriching the soil, and fostering biodiversity. Farmers combine traditional methods with washed processing to highlight clarity and complexity in every cup. This Strictly High Grown lot blends Bourbon, Caturra, Pacamara, Maragogype, Maracaturra, Catuai, and Catimor. Expect layered notes of dried apricot, milk chocolate & malt – a vibrant, refined expression of Jinotega.
