---
Nestled north-west of Mt Elgon on the border of Uganda is coffee production that enacts positive impact back down to its farmers. Zukuka Bora work closely with small holder farmers to enrich selective harvesting and processing methods, resulting in excellent coffee quality. Farmers are paid forthwith when they deliver their harvest to the processing site and are incentivised with after season bonuses for coffee cherries on the mountain. This beautiful lot derives from an anaerobic fermentation that promotes yeast and bacterias in the absence of oxygen, producing unique characteristics distinctive of more traditional processing methods. Savour a beautiful melange of passion fruit, red currant and milk chocolate on the tip of your tongue with this stunning coffee thanks to our partners at Zukuka Bora.
