What Five Senses Coffee say

Lemon butter, dark choc, pineapple.

---

The green rolling terrains of Sipi Falls are not historically known for Arabica, however Zukuka Bora are pioneering the coffee quality in this region. Rich fertile soils and thriving highlands have been instrumental factors in the beautiful honey crop produced this year. Paving the way for a high value market, the team work closely with smallholder farmers to defy the inaccessibilities the region was previously known for. Coffee cherries purchased from farmers are transported to Mbale, at the western foot of Mount Elgon in maize bags. From there, a golden sticky mucilage remains after being pulped and dried, resulting in a flavour-packed cup profile. Experience layers of lemon butter, dark choc and pineapple, courtesy of our partners Zukuka Bora who are driving positive avenues in the region of Sipi Falls.
