A seasonal harvest. Currently single origin Ethiopian Sidamo beans, small batch roasted on our Petrocini roaster for big African flavour
Ethiopia, the birth place of coffee, lies 9 degrees north of the equator in the Horn of Africa. Sitting at 1,550 to 2,200 MASL Sidamo, a province in southern Ethiopia’s Rift Valley, is known for varietals of Arabica coffee grown in amazingly fertile highland soils. 100% Arabica.
Petrocini roasted, this small batch produces a delicious Fruit and Nut chocolatey coffee. Washed.
Enjoy a complex cup of deep milk chocolate and citrusy floral notes.
