Organic Fairtrade certified, this coffee is full of goodness and crisp fruity flavours for heavenly Honduran filter.
Hot and humid, Honduras is the largest producer of coffee in Central America. The Copan region is located in Western Honduras on the border with Guatemala and with high altitude, volcanic soil, and tropical weather it's one best places in the world to grow coffee beans.

The higher altitude and lower temperatures mean that the coffee fruit matures more slowly, creating a denser bean. Fully washed. Small batch roasted on our petrocini roaster.
