What Motobean Roasters say

The Ultimate Crowd‑Pleaser: A Modern Classic

Not all blends are created equal. Omnium captures the timeless flavour profile people love while applying our modern approach to specialty roasting. As our signature espresso coffee blend, it’s designed to be the ultimate crowd‑pleaser — reliable, versatile and consistently delicious.

Whether you’re brewing for a house full of guests or dialling in your daily ritual, Omnium delivers a smooth, high‑quality experience that has made it one of our most loved blends.

Crafted for Milk & Alternative Milks

Omnium is built from premium specialty coffees sourced from the high‑altitude regions of Central and South America. We roast it to be full‑bodied with balanced sweetness and gentle acidity — a structure that shines beautifully in milk.

While delicious as a black coffee, Omnium truly excels in milk and alternative milks. The creamy texture enhances its rich milk chocolate and sweet caramel notes, creating a comforting, luxurious cup every time.

Looking for the Racer blend? You’ve found it — the award‑winning recipe is unchanged. Only the name evolved to better reflect its place in our collection.

To get the most out of our signature espresso blend, we recommend the following parameters. While we provide a starting point, every home coffee machine is different. Factors like pump pressure, grinder quality, and water temperature will vary, so we recommend using these as a guide and tweaking the settings to suit your personal preference.

Espresso

Dose: 22.5g

For milk‑based drinks, aim for a slightly tighter yield (around 40g) to intensify the chocolate notes against the sweetness of the milk.
