What Numero Uno Coffee Roasters say
High in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas, coffee grows the way it has for generations smallholder farms, organic soil, and altitudes that push 1,600 meters. This lot is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process: no chemicals, just water and time, removing 99.9% of caffeine while keeping everything that makes coffee worth drinking.
The result is a full-flavoured decaf with real depth toffee, milk chocolate, and hazelnut in every cup. Proof that cutting caffeine doesn't mean cutting character.
