Maple

The maple tree's enduring strength speaks to our commitment to nature and sustainability. Maple was created to be a traditional style milk coffee, perfect for everyday drinking. It is a bold, full-bodied coffee with flavours of caramel, malt, nut and spices.

Maple Coffee Blend – Balanced, comforting and designed for milk coffee

The Maple coffee blend from ONA Coffee is a smooth, full-bodied option made to shine in milk-based drinks like flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes. Featuring notes of caramel, biscuit, nut and spice, this versatile blend offers a reliable, café-quality experience for both home brewers and professionals.

The Maple blend takes its name from the maple tree, a symbol of comfort and resilience. Created to reflect these qualities, this coffee blend delivers a flavour that feels familiar, balanced and consistently enjoyable. It was designed for those seeking a classic coffee taste with a refined specialty finish.

As a seasonal blend, Maple is updated throughout the year using freshly harvested coffee beans. The ONA Coffee roasting team selects origins that complement one another and maintain the blend’s signature profile. Currently, the Maple coffee blend includes a combination of Ethiopian coffee beans – each roasted separately before blending. This process ensures a layered and complex flavour experience while maintaining consistency in every cup.

Whether you're pulling shots on a home espresso machine or serving oat lattes in a busy café, Maple is a dependable coffee blend that delivers results. Its rich, milk-friendly profile suits a wide range of brewing methods – including moka pots, automatic machines and manual espresso setups.

The Maple blend pairs beautifully with baked goods and breakfast favourites. Think buttery croissants, pancakes with maple syrup, or pecan pie.
