From the farmers we source from, respected industry partners we work with, our expert team that roast and share their knowledge, wholesale partners and baristas who serve coffee, to the customers who enjoy it.

We believe in the growth and success of our wholesale partners, so we support them with barista education, systematic training, premium equipment, reliable service, creative branding and innovative solutions so our partners can deliver a consistent quality coffee experience.

The Coffee Paradox is the co-existence of the coffee boom in consuming countries and the coffee crisis in producing countries. In consuming countries, coffee continues to grow in popularity but at the same time coffee producers are receiving small profits.

We are focused on purchasing quality green coffee beans from estate farms and co-operatives where farmers receive a fair wage for their work, allowing us to help alleviate the Coffee Paradox the best way we can.

Our Roasting Team has over 20 years of experience in selecting, importing and roasting the finest coffees from around the globe.

We are committed to constant refinement, always seeking to raise the bar in producing award winning specialty coffee, satisfying even the most educated palate.

We believe strongly that investing in quality gives the best return to our customers, so our Sydney Roastery features state-of-the-art custom Brambati roasting equipment, and industry-leading lab spaces.

Our Roasting Team is fully engaged in crafting bespoke blends and exciting single origin coffees with precision and consistency, delivered to our wholesale customers sealed fresh into one-way valve bags.

Our Paradox motto “For the People” sees us sharing our passion with our wholesale partners, holding cupping and education sessions at the Paradox Labs or our partner’s own site, guiding them through the process of selecting the best for their customers, and it with the knowledge and skills that guarantee customer engagement and loyalty.

Our goal is to source coffee from producers who receive a fair wage, while ensuring the environment around them is treated with care.
