Circa Espresso

Circa Espresso roasts in Parramatta, in the Sydney area. Aykut Sayan founded it in 2010, and it runs a laneway-style café with coffee and food, fitted out with upcycled materials. Most of the beans in stock are single origins from Guatemala, Kenya and Ethiopia. Huckleberry is a dark roast blend of Brazilian and Colombian coffee with notes of chocolate, caramel and tropical fruit. El Boqueron is a natural from Santa Rosa in Guatemala with orange, dark cocoa and warming spice notes.
