What Parallel Roasters say
Ocholo Bedecho farms 8 hectares of coffee in the Uraga district of Ethiopia's Guji region, where elevations of around 2,000 masl and the area's rich red soils provide ideal conditions for producing expressive, high quality coffee. This lot is part of the Single Farmer Project, an initiative that connects individual producers directly with specialty coffee buyers, improving traceability and ensuring farmers receive recognition for the coffees they produce.
In the cup, this coffee is bright, elegant and beautifully balanced with a gentle sweetness and crisp acidity. Expect notes of mild strawberry, Pink Lady apple and lilly pilly, creating a clean, juicy profile with a delicate floral finish that highlights the distinctive character of Guji coffee.
