House Blend

Our House espresso blend is designed as a full bodied, low acidity, syrupy coffee that sings in milk. We have chosen coffees that are available in quantities for consistency year round, as well as contributing beautiful layers to the blend.

We roast each coffee individually to maximise its flavour potential and then blend in equal proportions to achieve a balance of pleasing acidity, body and complexity.
