What Roastville Coffee say
Taste Notes: White nectarine, mandarin, sweet pear, ripe orange acidity
From Bensa in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, this exceptional lot is produced by Alo Coffee, a Cup of Excellence winner and globally respected name in Ethiopian coffee.
Grown above 1,900 MASL and processed using the white honey method, the coffee is partially washed, allowing a thin layer of mucilage to remain during drying. This delicate process enhances sweetness and texture while preserving the coffee’s clarity and floral complexity.
The result is an elegant and expressive cup with jasmine aromatics, lemon zest brightness, and a silky honey sweetness in perfect balance.
