What Roastville Coffee say
Taste Notes: Cherries, berries, Dark chocolate
Brewing Methods: Pour Over, Batch Brew, AeroPress, French Press, V60
Grown in the highlands of Gedeb in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, Moki is produced by smallholder farmers at elevations reaching 2,300 metres. For generations, the Gedeo people have grown coffee within forest-like farms, a traditional agroforestry system now recognised as part of a UNESCO World Heritage cultural landscape. Ripe cherries are handpicked and naturally processed on raised beds, developing rich sweetness and complexity. In the cup, expect dark cherry and stewed berries, a rounded body and wine-like depth, finishing with lingering dark chocolate.
