We take a hands-on approach to every step of the journey. Our beans are carefully hand-picked and strictly hand-sorted to ensure only the highest quality fruit makes it to the processing stage.

This coffee is processed through a specialized Natural Anaerobic process—fermenting the cherries in a sealed, oxygen-free environment before sun-drying them right here on the farm. This method intensifies the natural sweetness and complexity of the bean.
