What Coffee Supreme say
Colombia Melao is as delicious as it sounds. Light, fruity, and bursting with orange blossom, apricot, and cherry. Roasted for filter, it carries a gentle malic acidity and finishes silky clean.
Pink Bourbon is having its moment, and it’s earned it. Grown in Huila, this standout variety leans sweet and dessert-like, with a profile that nods to melao, a traditional panela syrup. It’s as reliable as it is expressive, adapting well to different processing methods while holding strong against pests and changing conditions.
Melao delivers where it matters most. In the cup, and at the source.

We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water.
This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste.
