What Coffee Supreme say

Do Lobo is a classic Brazilian filter coffee, done exceptionally well.

Sweet meets spice here, with banana, cardamom, and coconut coming together like dessert in a mug. Yum.

Naturally processed, it carries a gentle malic acidity that keeps things lifted, balanced by a smooth finish that’ll have you coming back for more.

Grown in the hills of South Minas Gerais, this is a true family operation. Led by Andréa and Marcos alongside their children, the farm spans generations, with knowledge passed down and refined over time. Tradition runs deep, matched by a focus on doing things right, from agroforestry to thoughtful land management, all geared toward long-term sustainability and quality.

Four generations in, it’s safe to say they know exactly what they’re doing.

We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water.

This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste.

You'll find some suggested brewing ratios of hot water to ground coffee for you to use below.
