Brazil coffee, roasted in Australia

1,031 beans from 402 Australian roasters. The most common roasts are medium, medium dark and dark. The roasters describe these beans most often as chocolate, caramel & sweet, nutty and creamy body.

Brazil grows more coffee than anywhere else, most of it dried whole in the sun rather than washed. That gives a low acidity and a heavy body, tasting of chocolate, peanut and caramel, which is why so many espresso blends are built on it. Cerrado Mineiro, Sul de Minas and Mogiana are the growing regions.
