What Coffee Supreme say
Colombia’s Tolima region doesn’t miss when it comes to exceptional coffee, and Los Vascos is no exception. Roasted for espresso, it leads with baked apple, caramel and panela, exactly what you’d expect from this part of the world. All backed by a sweet, balanced acidity and a smooth, easy finish.
Behind the cup are the farmers of Bilbao, a tight-knit community of families putting in the work. Quality is the focus, from improved picking and processing to experimenting with new varieties and methods. It’s all hands on deck, with farms run as family operations to keep raising the bar.
Sustainability sits at the core, too. From wastewater management to protecting the land and wildlife, these farmers are constantly making thoughtful changes through education. Los Vascos is built on care and quality, and it shows in the mug.
