Over 2000 smallholder coffee farmers deliver to Gakenke Washing station, an OG star of the Kayanza Province. This washing station led the way for others by focusing on ripe picking, meticulous sorting and double washing. This is a standout showcase of Bourbons sweet flavours, expect jammy fig with fizzy cherry cola.
