With 12 fermentation tanks, three soaking tanks, over 300 drying tables and four selection tables, Muguba Washing Station processes coffee from more than 1,900 local farmers. The infrastructure is impressive. So is this Bourbon lot, bringing sultana sweetness and poached pear, it’s a delight on any method.
