Please select your grind when you order.  All our coffee is packed as whole bean. However, we can grind your coffee to your particular requirements, depending on how you prepare your coffee.

Peaberry is a different and rare type of coffee bean.  Skybury peaberry has a higher density with a concentrated flavour, aroma and a distinct acidity. Our peaberry is roasted as a medium to ensure that these flavour characteristics are not lost in the roasting process.
