What Stitch Coffee say
Surely when the Beatles were singing about "getting by with a little help from my friends", they had Hobnob Blend in mind. This signature blend of specialty coffee beans is a sociable brew that’s sure to have tongues wagging (just as its name suggests)!
How so? The flavour journey begins with the coffee cherries, which are harvested at peak flavour and processed meticulously before making its way to Australian shores as green coffee. Here, our expert team stitch the beans together and freshly roast them in our Sydney roastery.
A medium-to-dark roast with subdued acidity allows the bubbly notes of dried fig and sugar plum to truly shine. Like Christmas in a cup, expect mad sweetness, amazing mouthfeel and tantalising texture; great as an espresso but even better with milk.
