What Storehouse Roastery say
Grape • Nectarine • Elderflower • Jasmine
This exceptional Grade one opens with a delicate floral fragrance of elderflower and jasmine. Sips reveal a refined, juice-like sweetness layered with grape and crisp nectarine, finishing with a sparkling, clean citric acidity.
This new-season coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the high- altitude district of Gedeb, located in the southernmost corner of Ethiopia's legendary Yirgacheffe region. Grown under native shade canopies, the heirloom cherries are hand-sorted for uniform ripeness. At the washing station, the beans undergo a traditional fermentation before drying slowly on raised African beds. This meticulous attention to detail ensures an incredibly bright, defect-free cup that celebrates the pinnacle of Ethiopian specialty coffee.
