What Storehouse Roastery say
Geisha 90+ Colombia - Single Origin Filter Roast
1700-1800 MASL
tangerine, rose, lemongrass, honey
This Geisha is crafted with meticulous care by Sebastián Gomez and his team, who hand-pick only the ripest cherries before rigorous sorting and flotation to remove defects. After a 45-hour aerobic fermentation, the cherries dry slowly on raised beds for 8-12 days in controlled greenhouse conditions. Careful moisture management and sustainable water filtration produce an intensely fruity, sweet, full- bodied cup with vibrant clarity and exceptional refined acidity. Originally discovered in Ethiopia, Gesha travelled through research stations and Panama before flourishing in Colombia's high-altitude volcanic soils.
