Medium-dark roast the beans have deep flavors of chocolate and nuts, with a bittersweet aftertaste. With medium-dark roasts, you’ll find little to no acidity. The Thylacine Mount Wellington / kunanyi medium-dark roast is best for French press, Moka pot, or espresso brewing.
