What Arise Coffee Roasters say

There is a quiet elegance to this coffee — delicate, expressive, and beautifully refined. Sourced from the rolling hills of Nyamasheke in Western Rwanda, this lot is the result of thousands of smallholder farmers working together through the Abakundakawa Cooperative . Their shared commitment to quality and precision is reflected in a cup that feels vibrant, clean, and effortlessly balanced. Your Origin Collection includes: Air-roasted at our solar-powered roastery, this coffee is developed lightly to preserve its natural clarity and aromatic lift — allowing its most delicate characteristics to shine. Origin Nyamasheke District, Western Rwanda Elevation: 1700–2100m Process: Washed At these high elevations, coffee cherries mature slowly, building complexity and brightness. The washed process enhances clarity and structure, resulting in a cup known for its elegance, vibrancy, and refined finish. Roaster’s Note Rwandan coffees have a way of surprising people. This lot opens with vibrant red berry sweetness, layered with soft honey notes and delicate florals. Roasted on the lighter side, it reveals a tea-like elegance — clean, lifted, and incredibly expressive. It’s a coffee that feels light yet memorable — subtle, but full of character. Flavour Journey Red Berries • Honey • Floral Brew Guide Best brewed with V60 or pour-over to highlight its aromatics, clarity, and delicate structure.
