About The Coffee: La Union is one of several farms processed at the Cerro Alto micro mill. This mill is one of Axil’s longest standing relationships for the past 15 years and continue to deliver exceptional coffees.
Fernando Elías and Silvia Elena, are the managers of the estate, which has approximately 18 cultivated hectares, and has an altitude of 1500masl.
The main crop consists of Caturra and Catuai. However, in the last few years, other Varieties have been cultivated, such as SL-28, Geisha, Milenio and Villa Sarchí.
