The region of Mantiqueira is located in the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais. With a secular tradition of producing high quality coffee this region is considered as one of the most awarded regions in Brazil. A very clean aftertaste with a lingering sweetness.
We roast these coffees specifically for 'omni-roast' meaning they are good to use as espresso or for filter brewing.
