This coffee is drawn from one of the finest plantations in the Popayan region. The Southern growing areas are owned by small family farms. This region has a rich coffee producing history but has only recently became one of the most sought after coffee growing regions in the world.
We roast these coffees specifically for 'omni-roast' meaning they are good to use as espresso or for filter brewing.
