What Cafetal Coffee Company say
Grown at 1,775 metres above sea level in the lush highlands of Santander, Colombia, this Tabi variety is a testament to what exceptional terroir and careful farming can produce. Sourced directly from Oscar Daza at Hacienda Cafetera La Pradera, this is honest, transparent direct trade — no middlemen, no compromises.
Certified organic and harvested between October and January, this coffee reflects the rhythms of the land it comes from. Our Omni-Roast (Medium) profile is dialled to perform beautifully across all preparation methods — whether you're pulling espresso, brewing filter, or pressing a plunger.
Locally roasted in small batches in-house at our Adelaide roastery, every bag is a direct connection to the farm, the farmer, and the season. We only select green beans that meet our standards for quality, traceability, and sustainability — and this Tabi is no exception.
