What Elusive Coffee say
This Grade 1 natural from Haroberdame, Yirgacheffe is a bright and polished cup that beautifully captures the complexity of Ethiopian highland coffees. Grown at high elevation and dried slowly on raised beds, it delivers vibrant fruit character and exceptional sweetness.
Expect juicy peach and dark berry notes, a silky milk chocolate base, and lingering almond in the aroma and aftertaste. Roasted light to bring out its clarity and jammy texture, Yirgacheffe – Haro is ideal for filter, moka, or espresso.
A classic high-grown Yirgacheffe natural, grown around 2,000 metres in the Haro area and dried slowly on the fruit to build its sweetness. It's intensely aromatic - peach and dark berry lift a milk-chocolate base into something perfumed and almost floral, with the kind of fragrance that fills the room as you brew. Bright and sweet with a light, tea-like body, it's a beautiful pour-over and quintessentially Ethiopian: delicate, expressive and unmistakably from Yirgacheffe. Best enjoyed as filter, where every layer of aroma gets room to breathe.
